For twelve years Frederik Pferdt was Google's first Chief Innovation Evangelist. That title opens every door and belongs to someone else. Going independent as a speaker and author meant the reputation had to detach from the logo and stand on his own name, with nothing borrowed to lean on.
The work built that name from the strategy out. What he actually stands for, radical optimism, turned into a brand he owns rather than a role he held. The scope ran the full stage: identity, keynote system, website, and social templates, built so the next chapter reads as a person, not a former job title.
Working closely with creative director Stefan Schuster, the identity came together as a bespoke system: logo, colour, and typography reflecting Frederik's innovative spirit and professional gravitas, held consistent across business cards, stationery, and all print collateral.

Guidelines for keynotes and video content hold a coherent, engaging communication style and a consistent narrative across diverse global audiences.

The personal branding conveys a futuristic look built on morphing shapes, a minimalistic disrupted layout, and a subtle colour palette. A smooth scrolling experience connects all sections, using the shapes as a recurring storytelling element that ties the full site together.
The social strategy on Instagram and LinkedIn blends professional insight with personal anecdote, building a deeper connection with his audience and establishing Frederik as a global voice in innovation.
