To help Ziegert sell six unique, empty lofts in the centre of Kreuzberg, the studio devised an art-focused real estate concept featuring sculptural installations designed to draw a crowd.
To go new ways means to be courageous and to try things out. Inspired by the space, the studio thought about how it could be used temporarily for the marketing phase of the lofts — concluding that nothing is more natural than filling empty rooms with people.
There is nothing as liberating as starting with nothing.
Art was chosen as the ideal attraction: a reason to visit the empty lofts and fill them with life, ahead of the marketing phase for the six units.
Sculptural installations turned vacant rooms into a destination, drawing visitors into spaces they might otherwise never have entered.
