Windsor is a German premium fashion brand for women and men.
From 2019 to 2020, Friends of Friends produced an ongoing portrait series for the brand. Each story visits a creative person where they live and work. The series started in Buenos Aires and moved on to Helsinki, Frankfurt and Byron Bay. Two of the stories became short films. In Frankfurt, a three-part series marked the opening of Windsor's first store in the city.
Guadalupe García is the creative director of Casa Cavia in Palermo. The 1927 townhouse holds a restaurant, a coffee bar, a florist, a cocktail bar and a small publishing house. Each part has its own host.
She trained as a filmmaker. That eye now goes into light and plating. The story follows her through the house and out into the city.

Tero Kuitunen works across product, spatial and concept design. He curates exhibitions and produces them too. Ceramics taught him to leave space for chance. Nothing is certain until the kiln opens.
Touch runs through his work. Objects are meant to be handled. The story became a short film, shot in his studio and in a snowy Helsinki.

I know something is good when I'm not one hundred percent sure what exactly it will be.
Windsor opened its first Frankfurt store in August 2019, on Hochstraße near the Opernplatz. To mark the opening, FvF Productions made a three-part portrait series with Frankfurt creatives from different fields. It ran on Instagram in the autumn.
James and David Ardinast are brothers and restaurateurs. Since 2002 they have opened a string of places in the city, among them Chez Ima, later Bar Shuka, Maxie Eisen and Stanley Diamond. Their roots are Israeli and American. Their grandparents ran pubs in Höchst. A longer interview with the brothers ran on Friends of Friends.
Photographer Evelyn Dragan closed the series.

Saasha Burns and Sam Leetham run the wellness brand BEAR from their home in Byron Bay, on Australia's east coast. Vitamins and natural skincare. The couple first met in the town as school leavers.
The photo story and film move between their mid-century furnished home, a local café and the beach, where many of their ideas start.

Wellness is our greatest luxury.
Four stories over two years, each built around one person or pair and the place they work from.
Friends of Friends produced photography and interviews for every story, and film for two of them. The portraits ran on Friends of Friends. The Frankfurt series supported the store opening on Instagram.
