"Centralise your data, so it's all in one Spot."

A proprietary asset management system developed in-house at MoreSleep: built to centralise marketing data, streamline workflows, and power client-facing digital products across multiple channels.

SPOT is an Asset Management System designed and optimised with decades of digital experience. Built to serve as the single source of truth for all marketing assets and channels: replacing a wild and asynchronous mix of systems with one powerful, flexible platform.

Developed in partnership with ENGN, SPOT has been deployed across multiple client environments, proving its versatility from internal brand asset tools to full client-facing product platforms.

01 — The System

No more folders. No more lost files.

SPOT is your virtual filing cabinet: easily sort, categorise, and access assets with a few clicks. Share, collaborate, and exchange with team members effortlessly. No more emailing large files or losing track of feedback. One system for all your marketing cases and channels.

02 — Markilux & Schattenfinder

From internal tool to client-facing platform.

For Markilux, we built an internal solution for assets management, which they then extended into Schattenfinder, a client-facing product platform allowing data from different brands to flow from a single, unified source. One system, two expressions.

03 — Engel & Völkers

Real estate assets, unified across locations.

For long-standing client Engel & Völkers, SPOT enabled the first step towards transforming how they manage real estate assets across different locations, a scalable system that grows with their business.

One system. Every asset. All your channels.

SPOT was conceived and built by MoreSleep as a proprietary platform: the result of years of building bespoke digital solutions for clients and recognising the need for a unified, flexible system that could sit at the centre of any brand's marketing operation.

Available to clients as a standalone product or integrated into broader digital engagements.
