He is covering his day to day life of traveling, creating and meeting people around him. He is also our first guest from abroad, not living in Berlin. He was just visiting friends here, so we took our chance to interview him and got a great and inspiring insight on his life.

Maestro ist wahrscheinlich einer der genialsten, gleichzeitig sympathischsten Gäste, die wir bisher bei uns hatten. Außerdem ist er der Erste, der nicht in Berlin wohnhaft ist, sondern in Los Angeles lebt. Die letzten zwei Monate hat er in Europa verbracht und war auch in Berlin. Hier trafen wir ihn zu einem ausgiebigen Gespräch.

The team travel to Stockholm this week and are joined by a special co-host, former fashion model, actress and now brand consultant Emma Wiklund, who reveals her thoughts on everything from life in Sweden to what makes the best bulle. We also talk to Jari Luoto from the Finnish Foreign Ministry about the week’s Baltic Sea Action Summit and find out what’s topping the 2010 agenda at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute from its director Dr Bates Gill. Finally we check the mood at Stockholm Furniture Fair with the editor in chief of Forum magazine, Daniel Golling.

This is the lead off single from Aloe Blacc’s forth coming album Good Things, produced by Truth & Soul, and featuring the backing band known as Expressions and El Michels Affair. The A-Side “I Need A Dollar” has just debuted as the theme song to the HBO series How To Make It In America.

The 12-inch vinyl for “Dollar” will be in stores April 2010. This is an advance digital release, which is also available on iTunes. Instrumentals for both tracks are included.
